At Tapobhumi Pharmacare, we strive to deliver the highest quality Ayurvedic products and ensure customer satisfaction. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you may cancel an order or request a refund.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the order is shipped, whichever is earlier.
  • To cancel an order, contact us immediately at info@tapobhumipharma.com or call our customer care number (if available).
  • If the order has not been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.

b. After Shipment

  • Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.
  • You may still be eligible to request a return after receiving the product. (See “Returns & Refunds” section below.)

2. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

a. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Send clear images or video of the damaged/defective product and packaging to info@tapobhumipharma.com.
  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, as per your preference.

b. Unopened and Unused Products

  • You may return an unopened, unused product within 7 days of delivery.
  • The product must be in original condition, sealed, and with all packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

c. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used Ayurvedic products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions
  • Personalized or custom-packed items

3. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be initiated within 5-7 business days from the date of return acceptance or cancellation confirmation.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment (e.g., bank account, UPI, credit/debit card).
  • If you do not receive your refund within the stipulated time, please contact your bank/payment provider first, then inform us.
