1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver products across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
2. Shipping Timeframes
- Order Processing Time: 1–2 business days
- Delivery Time (after dispatch):
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Other Locations: 5–10 business days
- Remote/Rural Areas: May take up to 15 business days
Please note: All delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather, public holidays).
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping within Gujarat: ₹40 on every order
- Standard Shipping out of Gujarat: ₹80 on every order
- Any additional delivery or handling charges (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS with the tracking details and courier information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor your delivery status on the courier’s website.
5. Delivery Attempts
- Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to 3 times.
- If the delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be cancelled and returned.
- Re-delivery can be arranged upon request, subject to additional shipping charges.
